Barrows scammers.

Well, I've been trying to buy some barrows recently, and its a pain. All these scammers. It really makes buying harder. I'm not talking about the ones that say selling guth/v for 8.2 or 4.2 (I dont really view that as scamming, although in a very small way, it is scamming. If your retarded fall for it, just quit runescape) I don't mind those at all. But the ones that trade you, and try to be all badass and tricky by switching it or inocently putting it up. I fucking hate those guys.

 

Those people are annoying, but you'd have to be pretty dumb to get scammed, and also they have that anti-scam thing now, where it flashes a red exclamation mark if the trade is changed.

 

how can u get tricked by that anymore, jagex updated the trade screen....

 

Yeh it's pretty hard to not see them switch something. But they might have noted barrows and offer up something different to begin with, like full verac cept a guth helm instead of a verac helm or whatever

 

lol true the frist t ime i saw that update i laught when someone tried to scam it was funny as hell

 

yeah i havnt gotten scammed, but when i was trying to buy full v today, atleast 4 ppl traded me showing 2 skirts, black skirt instead, and even 1 tried doing 2 flails.. But the guth thing is sad. 1 tried slayer spear, then a spike harpoon orw/e.

But yea, you have to be retarded to fall for that scam.

 

I thought jagex made the slayer spear untradeable a while back to avoid this?
