Banner request

Hey guys, i'm currently learning to become a good Photoshopper.
I really want a nice looking banner for my gold shop.
If a creative, good Photoshopper wants to make one for me i would be very thankfull.

There are some things i would like on it:

- 720 x 90 Pixels
- Runescape theme.
- Something like a partyhat, or a santa, something that shows wealth.
- Must say i accept Moneybookers & Paypal.
- Cheap & good service.

So, if somebody has got some spare time and wants to help me out, i would reall appricate it!

 

If you are willing to pay about $10 I can make u a professional pixel banner. Will look pretty nice.
