I would appreciate if you do not archive the thread without a response this time.

I really do not mean to disrespect you here, but in all due respect, if you have "thoroughly" reviewed the evidence, these harsh and untrue claims which continue to tarnish my reputation would not be made. I have NEVER been evaded and find it quite amusing you would even state that I am a ban evader. My account has active since 2007...I am not a ban evader..The profile you claim that is me lives in Ohio, and has completely different email and contact information...Why don't you check the I.P's before you commit such slander?...

Now...Since the staff seems to lock all threads by me, I would like you to read some of the content posted by others, especially since my other thread was never posted. The content posted below accurately portrays what I have been trying to say.

After reading the correspondence between 1227 and Penn, it seems somewhat irrational and unfair that 1227 is still banned. As very clearly stated in the scammer section, chat logs are not proof. From my understanding, it seems as though that is the main piece of evidence that merits the ban. If such is the case, why is it considered a valid piece of info in this case, especially when the fact that the evidence is coming from a banned Sythe member?

Additionally, how can one prove that 1227 is the one who recovered the account? The buyer of the account could have done a number of different things with it, including scam with it, which could have led to it being recovered/hacked/locked etc. Even if such were not the case, there is no way to prove that 1227 had involvement.

The last thing I would like to point out is the context of the issue. 1227 has over 200 vouches. he has been entrusted with $1000's of dollars during his various MMs. Why would he be so foolish as to scam an RS account worth a measly $40? Despite how some people may or may not feel about him, I believe his previous history in his trades and MM's should be taken into consideration, especially when the damning evidence against him is shaky.

Penn has handled the situation in a very respectful manner, which is admirable. But I still think the case should be looked at more closely by he and other Sythe staff before so quickly reaching a conclusive decision.

*on a side note, I spoke with 1227 about the ban evader accusation. I know nothing about that, and he claims he does not either. I know nothing about the matter, so this post is simply a critique of him being banned on the basis of accusations that he recovered an RS account which he sold*

Now...as much as the staff dislikes me...This ban was NOT warranted and I have yet to see a trusted user go down with the evidence of chat logs from a banned user being a sourced of evidence..
