Banned

Around a year ago I was accused of scamming another user, but I did not argue with the accusation and just repaid my "so called" debt because I enjoyed using sythe. Anyways I was still banned after repaying the debt for 8+ months and got tired of waiting to have my account back so I made a new username. I have many Runescape accounts and Xbox accounts for sale that I wanted to sell and so far I have had 2 successful trades and have been scammed 4 times... You need to check other users not users that have served there time and repayed there debts.

No where does it say we are obligated to unban you if you repay what you scammed. In order to be considered for being unbanned, you must repay it. It's not a for sure thing.
