I was banned because of this private report.

Here is evidence that shows I have never been in a conversation with this skype or used it (admin can pm for that as account is closed and I didn't remember it was created until someone tried to recover my main skype (or so it seems) but failed and found this.

I would also like to say I have paid all of the debt owed, and I never used this skype account period.
