Banned?

I was banned for "Ban Evasion", apparently this is when you've been banned and you make a new account. I have only one Sythe account, Fruitflies. I even took the time to acquire vouches etc. I post a thread regarding a Runescape Private Server, selling a Legendary Ikov account but after few hours I changed my mind and asked for the thread to be taken down. I was banned shortly after this and I'm not sure why. It's the first time I've ever placed my Legendary account on Sythe and now I'm banned.

Can someone please explain to me how I evaded a ban seeing as Fruitflies is the only account that I have, what did I do to receive this permanent ban?
