Banned?

Says I was banned for ban evading. First off, we're not the same people. Perhaps he goes to the same University as me or whatever. It happens. Second, how is it ban evading if my account was made before Try and Run's account? I made my account well over a year prior to Try and Run. Third, Try and Run never scammed anyone. He was banned for this comment:

For which he made multiple appeals. Sythe told him he would've been unbanned had he just apologized. He apologized and Sythe never responded back and someone eventually archived it. I assume he just gave up. He never scammed anyone and I've never even made a trade on this website, so I don't see how this was allowed to have been posted in the "report a scammer" thread.

So obviously I'm asking you to remove the ban, or the very least add a TWC (even though no one was scammed). Try and Run never scammed anyone (and we aren't even the same people), and I never scammed anyone/even attempted to make a trade on this website. Why someone reported me is beyond me. Only place I really posted in was off-topic.
