Banned for malware?

I was recently banned for malware on my account 0pen Up. I do not see or cannot find any proof of this and don't even understand why i am banned? If this is a mistake please fix it. If it isn't, please provide me with some evidence so I know why this happened. I would not like to see my account gone for no apparent reason.
