why you think they ban evading- notice in the skype convos when they accuse me of calling them a scammer and then pointing out their buying thread for .70/m which connects them to IhateScammer... Also notice their skype name which is Identical to a banned sythe user. Clearly ban evading

Joe Rinaldi is a fairly common name and we can not ban him just for having a similar/identical skype name as a banned user's username. ( http://puu.sh/1p85H )
IPs did not match so I'm afraid that's that.
