Ban reason unknown??

So,
i had stated before in the help section somehow my ip got blocked by sythe firewall and they asked me to post my ip, i felt unsecure posting as i dont know what kind of people are out there reading my ip and i suggest it if i can pm me to a admin.. which they reply yeaa pm it to "sythe"

next days rolls by and i try logging in.. and as i was doing it, it said

You have been banned for the following reason:
Phishing
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

i was like what? what did i do? i dont understand how i was phishing?

i never done anything wrong, never scammed anyone.

if possible can my ban be lifted, thanks?

and if not can u give me a reason why for?
