Ban Evading?

    Ban Evading?
    Really is ridiculous. I have been banned for 'withholding' information on a previous account. I clearly stated that I have no problem giving the name of the previous account, I just didn't want to give it to Heaven Lord. There was NO PROOF of ban evading and nor can there be any. I was banned upon suspicion of ban evading and if the rules are correct; you have to suply proof? Correct me if I'm wrong.

    I just feel that this a very unfair ban. Considering that I said I would give information (name or w/e) for proof of not ban evading, and now I'm banned.

    *Wouldn't let be view the ''Dispute'' section on the banned acount so I had to register a new one(More ban evanding?)*
