Ban Evading

Ban evading was a rule added so scammers couldn't come back from being banned to scam again. I know they're are other reasons that I can't think of, but that's the most obvious reason.

My suggestion: Ban evaders (banned for scamming) banned from market, and add some sort of "do not trade" thing, because if they scammed, you're not gonna give em a TWC.

Other people banned for other reasons can get various forum bans, but I know the staff could make it fair somehow.

Why should they be given a right to use this site when they have previously abused it. I say they should be banned, forever.

 

What if they didn't abuse it?

Such in the case of (don't start a war of any kind here, but) Snowboard-Ninja. He didn't abuse (well I believe he didn't) abuse the site, yet he is permanently banned, and he can't have another account just to talk and post. What if that happened to you? You got hacked and no one believed you did, and you couldn't have an account to do anything with on Sythe.

it seems theres been alot of ban evaders and fagex have got this new software type of thing that finds if one ip has more than 1acc we should get that

 

You get IP-banned and are unable to do anything if you get banned

 

You could change your ip or proxy
