Ban evading

Welcome guys, I am making this thread because I have some questions about ban evasions.

I admit I used to be a ban evader, a big one, but I have changed since I quit runescape like 8 months ago and was wondering:

º How long does it need to pass to prove that I am no longer a treat for the community after ban evading? (Please do not get me wrong, I understand that if I was a ban evader you might still think I am a treat, but I really did change)

º And how can a person prove that he changed after ban evading?

My first ban wasn't for ban evading by the way, the reason why I was banned at first was for being suspicious with a sythe user. But just want to know the answer for those 2 questions as I really would like to get back in the community, I really dont care about the market but just to talk about runescape nowadays and other forum section that I used to be interested in i.e: 'The other games' section. My sythe username was 'seira' by the way

 

Unless you can demonstrate a significant, positive way in which you impacted the community, you are unlikely to get a pardon approved regardless of the time passed or what you say.
