Ban Evader

So, I was planning on buying 10 1 month Xbox Live codes from another member. I posted on his thread saying that I'd be buying them on the weekend. A little later a guy named D 3 S T I N Y posted saying that he was a scammer, and that he scammed him before.
I messaged D 3 S T I N Y about it, and he showed me proof that he was ban-evading. If you look in his thread on his new name, you see that he tells us what his Gamertag is, and that was the name of his old Sythe account.
