I admire you going through the report a spammer section and clearing it up, but you make it very unclear what the final action is. You have one copy-paste note that you post in all of the threads before archiving them, and it just seems like you take no action. TL;DR Leave a message that doesn't just go "OMG THANX 4 REPORT I PUNISHD HEMM KBAI". One like "Thread locked, thanks." is suffice.
That is the same message, whether the guy got an infraction, a temp ban, a perm ban, the thread was closed, a post was merged, deleted, whatever. It still says that. I don't want to see all that, just "Infraction given, thanks." "Thread closed/moved, thanks." is enough. It makes it a lot less personal by trying to make it personal. Form letters >_>
If I close / delete a post I'll post - Thread has been closed - Post/thread deleted - Moved. Apart from the things I said before he is doing a really good job. A lot easier to get a hold of than most mods.
