Bad reports system

I don't know if you know, but Banks, yeah real banks have a companies where they share financial information, credit stuff for your ID number, etc. Other companies like cellphone and TV things, also use this to know if a user has a good credit report.

We could implement it. Mostly for trusted sellers where they can share information about an MSN, Paypal email, etc, and have a way to check fast if that email or w/e has scammed.

I could give a server(s) and some PHP help, I'm not a pro, but I could help.

i fail to see your suggestion. What does this have to do with bad report system anyway?

 

I mean put the scammer's msn and paypal addresses in a DB so sellers before a trade can check! and not sell...

 

i recently was tracking my scammer's other msn's and he has 9 that i know of. i'm sure many more that i don't know of

paypal email can also be changed easily

i like the idea of putting scammers info in a database the way you are going about it i dont think would work there needs to be more added

maby somthing like every member has a msn and paypal linked* to there sythe account
when the person checks the pm they can checked the "official" msns and paypals if the creation date was 10 hours ago then its clear that its a new account and can be used a unofficial twc on top of this maby limit more then one sythe acc per ip so that it is harder for the scammer to keep coming back

 

Staff will not to help(Unless they are gold sellers)

This database has already been made. It's called Google.

Also, you may not know, but it's incredibly easy to change the email address on a PayPal account.
