Backflips ^.^

Best to get a bit of a run up

 

A back flip is hard to master I did Mens Artistic GYmnastics for 9 years w00t could do double back flip on a mat, well there are a few secrets,
1.Bend knees alot
2.swing arms Very powerfully
3.make sure u dont trow ur head back
4.Have a mat to land on lol
5.it helps to have a person who spots you,they just put their hand behind you to keep you from coming down on ur head,helps ur confidence.
6.make sure you jump up not backwards
7.Make sure u never jumpin the air and then do a back flip,trust me my neck still hurts after 4 years
8.be carefull

Well i learn how to do them when i was 6, yer prety young but average for a gymnast, i no longer to gymnastics Rugby Union For the world w00t

um, if you have like a jetty or something into water thats what i learnt to do it off... now ats chool to impress the chicks i do it off desks and stuff.. and if im feeling lucky a nice big jump can give you a good one.

I can.... My sister is a gymnastics teacher so she helped me... I started off doing headstands.. then hand stands... and then hand flicks. And then got the back flip basics in the pool right and tried It on ground eventaully when i had the guts.... Stuffed up a few times but eventaully i got it right.... Front flips are easier to do.

A few years ago I could run on the field and do a round off back hand spring x 2
Ending with a Backflip.

I was crazy in Gymnastics, I just stopped doing it.

I did a frontflip on the normal ground and attempted a backflip on a trampoline, I suck lol

 

kids in my skool do crazy backflips...

 

back flips are easy..do to the fact that most of my cousins do free running videos (fliping running and jumping) they tough me when i was little now its so simple for me

just crouch down and get ready to spring up lean back and that should give you the flip, the tricky part is landing it lol. If i was you id practice on a trampoline. I didnt have a trampoline so i used other things that elevated me off the ground and did them off it into the grass. good luck

How did you learn if you can? umm? my friend teached me in like year ago

How long did it take if you learned it?umm...like 1 wekk or lilbit more(i think still its quite hard)
