Can anyone do a backflip on the ground?

How did you learn if you can?

How long did it take if you learned it?

I saw this kid at my school do a backflip so I was like uber mega jealous. Then asked him how he said skill (whatever, his sister is a cheerleader) so I wanted to find out how to do one. I was really stupid today and decided to try it , so I tried it and didn't exactly fail, but didn't really succeed. I did about 5 backflips onto the highjump mat at my school, i landed on my back for the most part, everyone said I should try it on ground. But i'm afraid i'll break my neck.

Well, anyone think they are worth trying or anything my mom said she'll take me to the YMCA and have someone spot me so I won't be as scared and break my neck.

That wheelchair video is amazing, thats cool that he can do that stuff. About backflips, I can do one on my trampoline and off the diving board at the swimming pool I go to. I cant do it anywhere else though...

 

I can crib walk, break dance, and do the micheal jackon. You need practice.... I can almost do a back flip. I usually land on my back. I'm going to try to do it now.

 

I've done a backflip on a trampoline i'm scared to do that but after today i'm not, the diving board (easy as heck), and onto a huge mat

I was thinking about joining Gymnastics it'll help me do cool flips and it'll get me strong (and I get to stare at girls)

Whoa, I really have an urge to go to the hospital and steal one of there wheelchairs and try some of those tricks ^_^

 

I personally can not, but people who can are very flexible, and should take advantage of that skill, it is something to show off

 

I can backflip using the ground.

Try first on a trampoline
Then use a gym mat on the ground.
then nothing.

use ur hands to gain momentum

or just join a gymnastics class for a month and its easy as eating a pie

Death Blade are wall flips easier? i want to learn how to do that too it looks really sexy and I think that if i can do it people will think i'm cool

 

i can double frontflip, 540 front and backflip. on the trampoline. i can do a backflip on the ground

1. jump straight up as high as you can (DO NOT JUMP BACK!)
2. when u know ur high enough tuck your knees into your chest .
3. roll back and land

i can also do a wall flip =)

wall flips are easy as long as you can backflip.

I've always wanted to do some free-running and back flips and all that kinda crap could of done it if i knew about it a few years back, but now my body is really fucked up bad lungs, horrible cardiovascular health, and flat out fat.

 

err you can fix that

 

wall flips

1.run at a good pace toward a wall or a slanted tree.

2. jump at the wall 1foot infront of it.

3. place your weaker foot on the wall as high as u can get it.

4. throw your arms back, jump back at a45 degree angle

5.now flip backwards and land

 

Dam that wheel chair back flip is cool.
Naa cant back flip i neally broke my neck last time i tried.
