Im trying to also get leaner so if theres any advice you guys could give me on like good pills for cutting? I know about getting big but not really on how to get abs and cut.

Don't need pills. I went from 145 lbs in highschool, To 190 lbs in about a year.

Take 100% whey protein from Optimum Nutrition. Or 100% Hydrolyzed whey from the same company.
Work your ass off for a couple hours in the gym, and you'll be good to go. You'll gain lean muscle mass fairly quickly.

As for back, Seated Rows my dude. ALSO my all time favorite ; Pull ups. Works it all, front and back upper body.

    Best Of Luck.

Wide-Grip Pulls and Barbell Rows are in my opinion the most effective for your definition of back.
Exercises like Deadlifts does in fact work your lower back and lats but from what you've requested in OP, it isn't exactly what you're after. But I wouldn't preclude it from your workouts :)

As for abs, that's built in the kitchen.
Don't waste time on crunches/swings/rolls etc.

EC Stack helps with cutting if you're a meso, but if you watch what you eat and do cardio to shed off the excess (HIIT for best muscle retention) you shouldn't need it.

As for getting a joocy back, my back day consists of:

3 sets of weighted wide grip chin-ups til fail
3 sets of Deadlifts (6-8 reps)
    3 sets of Bent-over Rows
    3 sets of Lat Pulldowns
    3 sets horizontal row

To switch it up sometimes I replace the 3 workouts after deadlifting to a lighter workout:

    3 sets of T-Bar Row
    3 sets of Hyperextensions
