    i think i either got banned or ignored cause whenever i make a post there are certain people who dont reply, ever. so they probably ignored it or else they would respond?

    Your post makes absolutely no sense. If people are ignoring you, then deal with it, because that's their decision - your account is not banned, so your ban dispute is locked.
