Automatic guide selling site

I have started a site that allows people to automatically purchase and download guides.
Now I need guides to sell.

Benifits of using my site:
#1) No dealing with paypal chargebacks.
All the money will be sent to the sites paypal account, then to you withing hrs, 24 hrs max. I do have transaction records, download records and everything from the site, so I will win about 99% of chargebacks.

#2) No messages or people to deal with. You can put the link to your guide on a forum post, they can automatically buy.

#3) 50% of all the sites profit (Not yours) will be invested in advertising. This meaning you can possibly sell copies that you didn't expect to sell.


Cost:
Will be discussed depending on a few different things.
I guarantee the cost to you will be very minor, and be much worth it for the trouble you will save.

Or you just make a donate button, (automatic/no chargeback/Money is directly on sellers account)

I lol'd at this idea.

You want people to pay you to put guides that they made up on your site, giving you both the guide and money. People can just make a donation button..

Anyways, this isn't allowed.
