Well, basically I decided I wanted to learn how to script bots, however I don't know what language they use, what program to use and all that shit(was wondering if there's any guides). I know afew languages but they are all conected towards the web, not applications.
I know html, JavaScript, CSS and that's about it.

    You have three possibilities.

A ) Use SCAR divi. This program uses "Color-picking". It's quite easy to script in it, yet it is hard to find unique Colours.

B ) Use Rbot.org Bot client. This program uses BCEL. You will need to script in Java.

C ) Use Rsbot.net NeXus client. This program uses Reflection. You will need to program in Java.

Please note though, that HTML & CSS won't get you anywhere with programming. First you need to learn programming structures, and HTML is just a Markup Language, so you can 'Program' with that.

I would suggest you start with Java Programming on the Rbot.org client. It's easy and has a helpful community.

    Goodluck ;)

Go learn 'real' java, then go rsbot scripting.

Don't forget that Java is a language of the feature, its one of the most used languages today!
    (also hardest)
