Auth scam?

If I purchase an auth, NOT from sythe.org forums, but from msn.

And I come to an agreement stating "If the auth gets disabled, I am entitled to my money back or new auth to replace it[same skill bot]"
And the auth gets disabled, and he does NOT get me my money or bot back, can he be banned on sythe?

I doubt anything would be done about it on Sythe. You're taking a risk by purchasing it, because the site doesn't approve of auth sales. They'll probably say it was your own fault for dealing with someone just "selling auths".
That's my opinion on it, I could be wrong.

 

well people get banned for being on sites such as hack forums or being banned on another site so scamming is scamming


also watch out rsbots.net, or autofighter.org i cant remember which had a post from the owner saying they are going to be watching for people who sell the auths and not only the one sold if caught will be banned but all the auths used on the buyers and sellers ip will be

 

He would get banned if you have sufficient proof.
