Armor/weapons

I just returned from a big break from rs3. Curious on some of the best armor out now. I need to train defense from 89 to 99. What would be the best armor to use for this. Money isn't a big issue. Same for the weapon side of things, which weapons are best for training right now. Same for PvP

If money isn't a problem, buy yourself a full set of Torva and a noxious scythe. You'll want to do abyss training which will not require torva (full bandos is fine) but will require the scythe which will kill multiple enemies at a time.

As far as range training from 94-99 where is best place to train that now?

 

Still the abyss lol, I think red chinchompas in legacy mode is still the best, could be wrong.

 

The abyss for sure and noxious armor.

 

Depends on what you classify as best. Highest tier? T90's which would include Sirenic and the like. Best tank armor? Maybe the new GWD2 T85 or Player Owned Ports gear. Best shield? Probably also the T90's. There are shieldbows now as well - which essentially act as a shield; at a slower attack speed.

 

Are red Chins still as effective as they used to be?

I was planning on red chinning at abyss from 94-99 range.
