    Hey guy's its been a few years since i played runescape esspically member's lol I have 70 def in about a hour or so and i was woundering what would be the best armor for me to get and right now im using a whip>dragon scimmy?

    And another question i have 70 fishing what should i fish for best health restoring and where :) thank you guys :)

    Best armor would be bandos for you. Altough its very expensive.

    Yeah you can do the barrows with those stats!

    Though; the higher the better.

    Since your back "New again" I suggest Barrows. Bandos cost to much nowadays.

    Barrows is the most best armour if you dont have enough cash, otherwise go for bandos

    and for the fishing its swordfish if i can remeber correctly and shark at 76 fishing

    Thanks :p im try and get some barrows after ido the quest get them.

    And thanks for being the first person to answer me on the fishing question hehe would the best spot be the fishing guild?
