Appraisal section?

To start off, I think this would be beneficial for people who want to get an estimate on what their account or service is worth. I've seen it many times that people post threads for sales that blow my mind of how far off the prices should be. Adding this section would minimize that by allowing people to get an early look at what price range they have to offer.

There are plenty of people here who are experienced enough to know what prices run for different Gamertags and/or Xbox accounts. I guess it would be better for that section though. Seeing as how often RSGP prices are changing all the time.

I'd like to see some suggestions or feedback that go with this, so if you have anything to say, please say it.
