Applications for Moderator

Due to Sythe's inactive moderators (some of them at least), the admins should start to take in applcations for moderators. They should have some sort of minimum requirements and should obviously be mature. This should be a great idea for the active members of Sythe to contribute to the community.

You know how kids are, they don't read fucking posts and they post a bunch of BS, meaning they will post the application anyways and bother the shit out of staff members.

 

It would be a great idea to implement, because the Staff would be able to discover talent that is currently on the website unnoticed. We've done this on RSBot and found a fair amount of Moderators to add to the team, but I HIGHLY DOUBT that Sythe would ever allow this on Sythe.

I think that the way Moderators picked is fairly good, and is reflected by the time that the Staff stays consistent, showing how stable the website is.

Also, this is more of a suggestion than feedback.

Nah. Applications are unnecessary and a waste of time. Every time you post you're already being judged as a potential staff candidate.
