Appeal Process

Trying to appeal my barrows pure from 3 years back. haven't played since then and I think someone hacked it so I've recovered.

It was a manual permanent ban and apparently the person appealed it too but got denied. I sent in another saying it wasn't me etc. on Oct 1.

How long does it take?

the offense was Real World Trading.

 

It took them about 4 days to read and deny mine for macroing. It may be different because its a manual perm and because its a RWT offense but I wouldn't expect it to take longer than 2 of 3 more days.

 

2-3 days is a good estimate, yes.

In my experience they're rather forgiving with old offenses like that.

 

I'm guessing that weekends are still business days for Jagex, right? So it should be about Mon-Tuesday?

 

I had an account that was perm banned in 2006, so 4 years ago. I made an appeal this year and it got unbanned because the offence was too old. Not sure if that will work for you.

 

give it about a week. If it was an old account it can take longer. RWT bans are sometimes hard to appeal. I've been banned for it three times and successfully appealed twice with the same appeal

 

it took nearly two weeks to appeal my RWT offence, and it was denied :/

 

Most of my banned accounts from 04 became unbanned this year, and I have no idea why.

 

I think its because those offenses expired. On one of my accounts, all offenses from 2009 were expired ad left no black marks on my account. Including a macro offense (auto alching)

 

It depends. It happened to me after about 30 minutes but then my old main account it took 3 days. I would assume any time from now to another 2 days.

When I tried to appeal on a f2p account, it took nearly a week. Though, give it a couple of days max.
