Appeal- Massive Delay

OK, so I'm not new to offences, so I know appeals are usually declined within a day of submitting. But then I got a new offence for spamming Q in Arcanists (the idiot was wasting time and Q ends your turn).

I made this elaborate appeal with long words and only 4 characters remaining on the limit and it has been "Appeal Pending" for over a week now!!

What is happening! Is it seriously too hard for Jagex to press the "reject appeal" button over and over now? Seriously! Over a whole week! When I was obviously spamming the same letter over and over for several minutes!

What are your thoughts? Why is this happening?

Im trying to appeal a really old account of mine that was ban around 2007 because i would bot on lvl 3 account and send all the profit to my old account.

I am on my 5th day of nothing but "Appeal Pending".

It usally takes them 2 weeks or 3 weeks to reply. I had a reply from my other runescape account which got denied. But they took about 3 weeks just to reply to the appeal. Im not sure if it was 3 weeks or 2 weeks because i gave up checking after the first week.

 

Yeah same as me, i've been waiting over a week so far.

 

Looks like Jagex do not care about f2p accounts. I wrote appeal on 17th June ant it is still pending...

 

Jagex can take forever, they took forever to do my acct that was perm banned and a member.

 

In the past my offences have been denyed within the first few HOURS! This STILL says "appeal pending" after a week and 2 days. Wierd.

 

Maybe your appeal with big words is winning them over

 

I doubt it. Unless a JMod has been considering my appeal for the past week.

 

As said above, they more then likely deal with members accounts first, my guess is that f2p accounts get dealt with after every few p2p accounts appeals are reviewed.

 

i wuld take it as a good sign, atleast you know that they are going to look at it and not just read the first line and reject you

 

My appeal for perm ban from aug 07' is still pending :< Filled it out like 3 weeks ago.
The account has a few santas as well so I keep on hoping they'll unban it.

Well if you used big words that is probably not a good idea, this is jagex we are talking about. Probably having to use a dictionary to understand you appeal or at least i would think they arent smart enough to understand big words if we look back at there updates >.>

About 2 months ago I had an appeal pending for about 35 days before they denied it.

 

Still pending... 10 days roughly now...

 

You never know, they tend to take their sweet time just to bug you like this

Calm down, they'll answer eventually. I have an appeal pending from the 30th of May

 

wow both mine got denyed in an hour, but the emails i sent have been waiting for over a week

 

You should be happy, they're actually going to look at your appeal. Took 3 weeks when I appealed an account that got banned for botting 3 years ago, and it actually got unbanned.

 

Guess its not all bad then.
