Appeal for macroing

I've heard around this site that there are certain appeals you can submit that are very likely to get you unbanned. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to share?

i tryed appealing mine, and it works as if (from what they sent back) they dont even read what you gotta say and just post back saying there rules ect.
