AntiLegit - Scammer

It seems that i almost always run into scammers...
Earlier today i saw that AntiLegit was buying steam accounts with various steam games and so i contacted him about selling him a steam account with MW2 on it. He offered me 10$ and i went first. After i gave him the details, he asked me if it had the dlc's and i said no so he said that he doesn't need it than and i could log in back to the account.
I tried logging in, but poof, he changed the account's password ! And than when i said i'll report him he started to insult me...

I will either need a replacement account with MW2 or the 10$ the owes me and him to get banned !

I was hoping you would know that, I don't know much about steam. Unfortunately, I can't ban him with this amount of proof. But, I requested a TwC.

 

Well you can't, not if the email is un-verified...
