Hi my name is Dylan, i am here to seek assistance with my anger. I always seem to get into a fight, might be because i am defending someone or because i have gotten angry. I snap very easily. When my 17 year old brother called me fat i broke his nose. i myself am 14. I am a black belt in tae kwon do but my mum made me quit because i used "my skills" incorrectly >.> Anyone here have any anger management tips? (Sorry for the story)

You may have high blood pressure. That can contribute to anger, however at 14, I doubt that's likely.

My suggestion would be to take a step back, and think about what's the best thing to do in that particular situation, and not just react in the heat of the moment. If your brother annoys you, either ignore him, or if it's really bothering you inform your parents.

    Good Luck.

Calm down more. Think twice when doing something. Breathe in deeply and breath out. When someone annoys you, just try to count 1 - 10 in your heart, usually that will cool you down. Try your best and in long term, you'll be able to reduce it a lot.

    Good luck my friend.
