    android storage problems

So iv had a series of problems. Im on 4.2.2 running clockwork mod on an htc xt925. I have 2.5gb free in the sd card and 500mb on the external hdd. I tried to dl a word reader so i can lool at school documents on my phone. When i download it it says insufficient storage. Its 5mb download-_

Also a few days ago i had a problem with my wifi. It wouldn't connect to anything it would say "scanning, saved, obtaining ip address. It would repeat that for a while and then say: avoided poor internet connection. So i restored my phone to an earlier point in time. Ever since then im having my storage issues. Also my phone is unrooted and the boot loader is unlocked.

Also i didn't do any of the rooting or unlocking the bootloader. Leet neo sent me the phone for free. It was working fine all summer

Try backing up and restoring the phone, it may just be android reading that your phone is full or overspecifying the size of the eReader.

You can try restoring the phone again. Or go buy a real one ;) joking, is your storage full? It doesn't sound like it, but check and see if perhaps your phone restored incorrectly and unnecessarily created files taking up space.
