An absolutely ludacris ban

To think that I scammed this <3 CR7 kid for mere $25 after being on this site for over 6 months and having traded thousands of dollars is beyond comprehensible. Seeing as I was "conveniently" temporarily banned due to infractions (*and I will get to this later*), I couldn't even share my side of the story. This and the fact that no one, not even Zerker who decided/issued the ban, even bothered to come on msn ask me what happened, is appalling because he is usually so thorough into getting down to what really happened before issuing a ban. Also seeing as there was ABSOLUTELY NO msn evidence in the report filed against me, I am more than willing to show it here in this dispute.

So let me begin with my dispute:

A few days ago I came across this thread http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1449907 where this user wanted someone to buy them something online. I decided I would do this and then went ahead to add him on msn.

When I left after that, I thought I had left in good terms with him. Then a day after he contacts me again... (As many of you know I set my status to away instead of signing out so that I can get messages when I come back to my computer).

Instead of confronting me decently like a man and asking me what went wrong, he immediately assumed that I had scammed him. Even though it was rude and unprofessional, I cooperated to the fullest extent. I was unaware (and still am) that it had the trade we did had been unsuccessful and I asked if I could SEE proof. From the chat above, he clearly dodges my asking if I could see proof that this mount or whatever wasnt there anymore. Furthermore, I said that if there indeed was a problem I WOULD REFUND HIM COMPLETELY. "Alright, yeah im getting sick of this shit. My account on Sythe isnt worth 40m so either show me the thing got reversed and I'll have no problem refunding you."

Now here is the thing. I am looking at my account that I registered at blizzard and no where here does it say there was something wrong with my order http://puu.sh/VmeV. Since this has escalated this far, I am now reporting that the user is trying setting me up/trying to frame me. He got me into ordering 2 of these things after 1 didnt work and he used both codes (the US and the EUR).

A warning/yellow card would have been fine, but you knew it was my last infraction and gave me one anyways.*

Temporary ban

First of all, regarding your temporary ban, you are a chronic rule breaker. You have been banned for an accumulation of infractions numerous times, but you still just don't get it. I PM'd you 2 weeks ago and issued you a yellow card, warning you that you were right on the cusp and that you should be careful to abide by the rules.

I clearly made an attempt here to give you a chance, and was trying to be nice to you and even made a joke at the end. If I remember correctly though, you did not even respond or thank me for giving you a chance:




The recent post I infracted you for was completely warranted, and I already gave you a chance 2 weeks ago and you fucked it up. When a person grave digs a thread that old, you do not need to post under them saying "Nice grave dig you did there." So your temporary ban is completely warranted and deserved, and frankly my patience is wearing thin with you.

Permanent ban​

Now regarding your current ban for the reversed payment, please explain how your ban was ludicrous?

I did not ask for the MSN conversation as I felt there was more than enough evidence to show that you did purchase the mount for him, and there was clearly a problem with the initial payment when he got the ticket back from Blizzard.

You also claim to be willing to refund him right away if he can prove that the payment was reversed. <3 CR7 has now provided proof that the payment was reversed, but you still have not refunded him. You are now holding out in hopes that another moderator will look at this dispute and side with you, and you will be able to squirm your way out of the situation.

<3 CR7 sent me these pictures of his conversation with you recently, and it seems pretty clear to me that you are just playing games here:

You wanted mod confirmation that you need to refund him before you considered it, and now you have it. If you want your unban to be considered, then refund <3 CR7 the 40M that he paid you for the mount.

One more thing - the picture you showed of your Blizzard orders is cropped and only shows one order, yet from the conversation you just submitted there was clearly at least 2 purchases. If you want that to be looked at, you will have to submit the entire page with all of your order history from Blizzard, otherwise I have to assume there is information being withheld.
