    hello i bought some gaming headset mic from amazon and it was suppose to
    dilver to me i checked the status and the status said it
    was put away in a Parcel locker?
    this is the first time i heard about this how do i go
    about retrieving it? and where??

    Your apartment mail locker? Your local post office? I'd suggest calling the carrier company who delivered it and tell them your issue.

    No, Amazon has a thing now where they deliver packages to an Amazon locker. Just enter your zip to find out where the closest one to you is.

    Its what Heads447 said. Amazon has big yellow lockers usually at safeways or other big chain stores. You type in the confirmation code onto the screen and it will open a locker with your package in it

    When it says parcel locker for my items, it's referring to the lockers that you see in the mailbox area. I'm in an apartment, so the lockers are below our actual mailbox -- basically a larger mailbox for storing packages. They put a key in your mailbox to open that box, and the key stays in there, you grab your package and bam!
