    I was banned a year ago for ban evading.
    Well I didn't have control of my account during that time, I had lost my internet for a summer and my account got hacked(my password was noob) by some one who had just got banned for scamming. I can prove it's my account http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=356380 that email I can verify and you will notice that one of the ips on my account is from england and the others are from Virginia in the united states. I also have pics of me being logged onto the account if I can find them. I would like to get my account back and be unbanned, I think it's been long enough.
    I don't think he scammed with my account.

    A. If no one has been scammed by the hacker, you can get it back. Contact an administrator. If someone has been scammed, your account will be banned until you repay the amount scammed back. If you can’t get in touch with the person who was scammed, ask an administrator to hold the money for you.

    Ok I fucking tried to appeal but the idiot mod/admin who looked at it ignored the fact that I didn't have control of my fucking account.
