    As some of you might know, I run a Essence Mining service, and basically he asked me for 30k essence, in exchange for 2 RS accounts, which 1 I did receive at the START of all this and he promised me he would give me the other account at the end of the service.

    I was expecting the high levelled account at the end of the service and I trusted him since he had vouches, please could someone do something.
