Algorithmic Trading / Analysis

Anyone doing algorithmic trading and or just playing around with crypto / FX datasets?

I'm doing this in Python and there seem to be some arbitrage opportunities when you trade through several exchanges. But I'm more interested in making a more fundamental analysis type of thing that can trace the movement of value (for example, the Chinese Yuan has been getting artificially devalued to keep it cheap and thus a lot of Chinese investors have dumped massive amounts into BTC to own something that isn't constantly losing value)

Also ethereum is the shit, any developers on here?
