Alertpay help~~~

Can someone tell me how Alertpay works? Last time i seen an thread said alertpay can't charged back the money.... Than i chose to use Alertpay, someone scammed me $166~50m.

 

If you want a good money-xfer that can't charge back use moneybookers it's much easier and faster.

 

Alertpay is great to use for PTCs because... you can chargeback. Go dispute it.

 

I can't use moneybookers because live in us.

It's very probable that the one who scammed you wasn't the owner of that alertpay account.He probably used a hacked account, sent the payment and when the real owner logged he charged back.I've already answered you in the other thread, giving you two alternative e-currency services with no chargeback options:

lol he's the owner of the account, he referral me when he made that account...
