Agitate Scamming

I middle manned an account sale for him and "Fresh Cigar" (his report can be found here)

He recovered the account shortly after the fact in which both fresh cigar and i both had no luck trying to regain possestion.

He posted on my mm thread here:

I have chat logs from the time of the trade, pm messages containing the account info, screen shots of me receiving the money, and i can upload more screen shots from our 3-way conversation.

I spoke to him on MSN today (about 10 minutes ago) and he denies having anything to do with this site for many years.
He also says that his 'Only' Sythe account has havoc in his name. So basically he admitted to ban evading at the least.

His recovered account name: Hurtz
His current account that he used to accept the money: Agitate (his pure ingame that he mules gold on)

Here are the chat logs, anything further feel free to ask me for and it can be posted asap.

I have proof of the pm, i can upload images if needed. just didnt want all account details exposed.
