    Advice?

Hey, I'm looking for some advice.

Today I decided I would stop drinking soda, and start getting fit. I need a good substitute for soda, something that is easy to come by, and tastes okay. I was thinking about Green Tea due to the fact it speeds up metabolism, and also water and milk.

Also, what are some good routines to start with?

Juices in the morning and water for the rest of the day. I do not work out because I am naturally skinny and I do not like buffness.

Well, green tea is a great way to start. It's been said a lot, but stay away from carbs. I lost a lot by not eating lunch. It sounds unhealthy, but, if you have breakfast at, say... 6:00 A.M., and a small snack around 11:00 A.M., you will lose a lot of weight. Don't become anorexic, as it's the most unhealthy thing you could do. Binging and Purging is also a no no that falls under the category of anorexia.

Not this. Juice contans tons of excess sugars and carbs. Rather than drink juice, just eat a fruit of that type, healthier and more proportionate for your body.

    ok, try this:

in the morning, if you drink coffee, have some coffee (preferably black, that's what i drink, i kinda like the taste as well haha), if you don't drink coffee, have a glass of orange juice with some oatmeal with fruit sprinkled in (blueberries, raspberries, etc, berries = good!) the main thing to remember is breakfast IS YOUR MOST IMPORTANT MEAL! a good breakfast will fill you up for a while, therefore helping you in your goal. another tip is to let yourself go occasionally, every week or two, have a mini twix bar, or something similar, once a month have a donut, etc etc.

for that body, consider buying a light weight set, such as dumbbells and pullup bar. believe it or not, pullups contribute to your abs as well. try lots of different ab excercises (make sure you work your obliques!!) such as sitting on an incline bench with a weight held behind your head doing situps, an important aspect of ab workouts is to ALWAYS be flexing your abs while working them! this will help boost your workout.

also consider trying whey protein, and various different protein shakes and foods. vitamins will also be important as well!

oh haha, try getting the flavoring for water, the powder stuff. and, a little kool-aid never hurt anyone, it's almost 90% water, but drink it occasionally.

    :)

Ive been working out and this is what I would recommend.
In the morning have at least 1 Glass of REAL fruit juice so you get your vitamin C
    throughout the day drink water.
After you work out dont drink one of those silly sports drinks drink a glass of milk as it helps aid in the building of bones

Diet Lipton Green Tea is the best. Another alternative is seltzer water; it's carbonated and taste somewhat like soda with practically nothing in it.

"Diet" anything is bad for you. Avoid it like the plague.

Cut back on your eating (smaller portions, more small meals throughout the day), drink 1+ gallon of water a day, and do a fun physical activity for an hour a day and you will loose weight.

Diet Lipton tea is not real green tea. Purchase a green tea that is entirely natural and actually made of green tea. The lipton stuff is like drinking soda.

Yeah, I completely cut out sodas for a lengthy period of time awhile back. I found that Gatorade is surprisingly a good substitute. It's not the best thing you could drink, but it beats soft drinks.

I got to the point where I was putting down more Gatorade than I had with soda, and yeah, it got pretty expensive.

    Good luck.
