Yeah, rock crabs and experiments are the way to go. Make sure to take bones to peaches at experiments if you are going to stay 1 def. Also I'd suggest getting 43 pray.

Yeah, get 13 pray. Once you hit 80 mage, just soul war you magic, if you don't want to waste money alching.

 

I already got climbers. I was thinking 13 prayer. I got 70 Mage, so I only need 12 more levels
