ADf.ly, need help

Hello, i want to get more money from adf.ly, but unfortunatelly i live in lithuania, so i would get like 3x more money if i would live in UK, and i am wondering, could i change my IP address, using proxys, to get more money? and would i need to just create an account with the UK ip, or do i need to login everytime with it, and shrink URL's with it? thanks for your help

 

Use a proxy or VPN with a server located near the area you want to be from.

 

So when I generate links, I just need to be under UK VPN ? Thats all ? Btw I'm from Baltics also
