Addy gloves?

I currently have mith gloves what other sub quests do i have to do for addy gloves that wont get me defense xp?

 

You can't get addy gloves without getting some defence xp (Nature's spirit or monkey madness defence)

 

Mith gloves are the highest for 1 def pures^

 

yes i understand that i plan on doing nature's spirit for 13 def i just want to make sure i don't do any sub quests that require me to go beyond 13 def. Which sub quests are required to get the gloves?

 

Nature spirit is the only defence quest you need for addy gloves. The rest are: big chompy bird hunter (covered w/ mith gloves), biohazard, demon slayer (covered under mith gloves), murder mystery, priest in peril, the restless ghost and witch's house.
