Add bump button

Nowadays we see some users with high post count who aren't really doing anything more then bump their gold selling thread after 8 hrs. This annoys me in some way and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Therefore I would like to suggest implanting a bump button into the forums which allow people to bump every 8 hrs. Mods won't have to warn people who are bumping earlier and people can't make mistakes posting before 6 hrs.

I own a IPboard bases forum myself. We've implanted a bump button for about 2 months now. All responses are very positive.

I'm pretty sure it's on the DNS list, however I wouldn't mind it.

 

Support, it will definitely reduce the spam from the bump.

You could just delete the previous bump post when you make a new one. That way the thread isn't cluttered and your post count doesn't go up.

 

I'm sure people won't do this by them selfs.

Post count doesn't matter, so the amount someone has should be irrelevant to you.

 

It would be nice to have but not a must have feature.

I think the Bandwidth is more of a concern atm.
