    So yeah...

I have been having knee problems for the past 15 odd months now, and finally my physio has given me the option of ACL surgery. However, when he explained it to me, it didn't seem so great.

Has anyone had this surgery before?

My grandpa's had ACL surgery done, and he's been down for a few months. You should expect knee pain either way, whether you get the surgery or not. The pain won't feel as bad after you recovered though, since you'll need to take things easy and not do anything to overdue yourself.

I have googled it of course. Though better to get information from those who have had the surgery and went through all that rehab.

I am expecting pains even after the surgery, but I hoping that I will be able to play rugby again next season.
