    Ex. 10 people buy a raffle # for 1m and the number drawn gets the account.

    Honestly i dont think it would work out because there is no way to moderate the person actually giving the account after the raffle and even though someone like you may be trustworthy many people out there are not and could just give to their friends or whatever so yeah.
