Account Creation Problems

Hello i tried to make an account on your website, but my friend who already has an account has logged on with my ip address. When i try and complete my account registration i get an error saying that "Thei2k" has already logged in bla bla. I asked my friend to log in for me so i can use the account and he said he does not remember the password. If we could change the password for "Thei2k" or completely delete the account that would be greatly appreciated. I can provide some info about the "Thei2k" account as my friend is at my house right now.
