Account Creation Help

It says an account by the name of homet0wnboy is already registered under my IP but I have no idea who this person is.

Now in the email it says Langley which is a part of a city I'm really close to, but I dont see how it's possible to have same IPs?

Also I'm posting this from mobile because I currently dont have laptop/pc/internet as I'm in the process of moving and havent set up internet yet. I noticed you dont accept requests from mobiles does this mean I wont be able to register then?

 

You are correct. We do not honor these requests from mobile. If you wish to have an account created, feel free to request from a home IP when you can.
