Account Ban

Hello there i have one question i quit rs on my pure for like 4months then i came back to my account decided to pvp on it, i try to log in it says your account is perm banned. I checked the appeal offences and heres what i have There are currently 10.6 black marks out of 10 on this account. and perm appeal has been used up. How can i fix this, i didnt commit any of the offenses.

 

Nothing you can do about it. It's going to be gone for ever. That is unless they open back the Account Review thread back up but it's highly unlikley or it will not be opened for a long time.
